Two enchiladas, crafted using our handmade, non-GMO, organic white corn tortillas, pork carnitas, Oaxacan and artisan goat cheeses. Topped with a housemade avocado tomatillo salsa, mixed greens tossed in a lime cumin vinaigrette, scallions, charred corn salsa, avocado serrano crema, chipotle aioli, cilantro and Fresno peppers. Served with cilantro cumin rice, guacamole with cotija cheese and C CASA tortilla chips.
