Our goal for this coffee is to create an approachable blend that not only shines as filter coffee but also tastes amazing in milk. This is our very first blend and it has taken multiple years to bring all of the components together for this coffee. The farms and producers represented in this coffee are all beautiful and have solid practices, which is why this blend packs and Iron Fist punch!

Colombia Palmera is a washed process coffee that was grown in the Caldas region of Colombia. It was milled at La Meseta dry mill by the skillful and precise hands of the Munoz family.
