Our super meaty ribs are hickory-smoked using a Texas style dry rub for up to 4 hours. The sauce is served on the table to complement the meat, but we don’t think you need it. We cook our ribs fresh twice a day, so we are bound to sell out on a daily basis. Plates served with Texas toast and 2 small sides, garnished with slaw.
