Rest easy with this washed decaffeinated coffee from Cauca, Inzá. We’ve intentionally sourced this coffee for the purpose of decaffeination, selecting this regional lot from San Antonio for its structured sweetness of red apple and raw sugar, with a balanced acidity reminiscent of pear.

This coffee is intentionally sourced and roasted to craft the perfect cold brew coffee. Lower in acidity and high in sugar browning, this coffee reacts well with fats in dairy or tastes smooth and sweet on its own. We look for coffees that will take a large amount of heat during the caramelization process and extend the roast times to increase the body and remove acidity. Designed for cold extraction only, expect notes of Cocoa, Dates, and a thick creamy texture.

This Typica variety from Juan Peña undergoes a distinctive limited-oxygen fermentation process in Ecuadorian rum barrels. The outcome is a coffee rich in natural sugars and fruit esters derived from the long fermentation of coffee cherries. In the cup, these characteristics manifest as raw wine and ripe berries, making this offering particularly appealing to lovers of fruit-forward coffees.

While typically cultivated in Kenya, this SL34 variety is produced by our friends at Las Lajas in Costa Rica. This coffee is processed as an extended fermentation natural, producing complex fruit when combined with intrinsic acidity indicative of the SL variety. We were blown away by the dynamic acidity and complex fruit notes reminiscent of watermelon and floral rose.

Gogogu, a remote coffee-growing region in Ethiopia's Oromia, is known for its dedicated farmers who maintain ancestral practices despite challenging conditions, producing exceptional quality coffee recognized worldwide.
