Our flagship pie here at Papa C's and straight from my Grandma Elsie Mae's recipe. We use tart granny smith apples combined with our sugary cinnamon spice mix in our handmade light and flaky pie crust!

Tart cherries combined with a hint of cinnamon and almond extract help to bring out all the great flavors of the cherries. Add in our light and flaky crust and this is a great pie!!!

This pie is a party in your mouth! 4 fruits in 1 combine for one overall flavor, but from time to time you can still pick out the individual elements. (Blackberries*, Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries*) - * fruits contain small seeds.

Delicious Southern peaches from Georgia and Alabama cooked up on our stovetop with sugar and cinnamon. Combined with our homemade light and flaky pie crust, this is a tasty pie!

We use fresh baby spinach, we fry our own thick cut bacon in house, and use fresh grated Parmesan and 3 year aged Cabot Sharp Cheddar cheese!!! Combined with eggs, half-n-half, and our light and flaky crust!!!

We use 90% lean fresh ground beef that is cooked with gravy, combined with fresh vegetables (green beans, corn, lima beans, peas, carrots), and topped with garlic, parmesan, mashed potatoes!

We hand make our rolls in a 5 hour process of making dough, yeast rising, rolling them out. Butter, brown sugar & cinnamon & baked to perfection! Topped w/ our signature cream cheese icing and you have our yeast cinnamon rolls!

"It's a Southern Tradition!" This pie is hard to describe. It has the consistency of a pecan pie without the pecans, but tastes more akin to a custard pie, but it is not technically custard. Kind of similar to buttermilk pie, but better!
