5.7% Littleton, NH. A medium-bodied, yet highly drinkable golden lager with gentle acidity traditionally brewed with an intentionally higher gravity and hop content for shipment out of country. Malt and hops are finely balanced resulting in an exceptionally quenching and clean profile.

4.5% Belgium. Light blonde with 4.5% alc., generously hopped with the finest aromatic hops, giving it a very refreshing character and a scent reminiscent of citrus.

6% Belgium. XX-bitter is our most bitter, high-fermenting beer. Despite its low alcohol content, it produces a very rich, long lasting, full flavour. Very bitter but still balanced. Long-lasting, distinct hop taste.

8% Belgium. A pale, strong, fruity, hoppy Trappist ale from one of Belgium’s six official abbey breweries. Achel 8° is hard to find even in Belgium; in the U.S. it’s up there with the rarest of beers. This blond, flavorful beer is a surprisingly refreshing brew at 8% alcohol by volume. It is lightly filtered, but still wholesomely hazy with yeast remaining and refermenting in the bottle.

9.5% France. This beer releases intense aromas of yellow fruit (ripe banana), citrus (orange and lemon) and spices (clove). These aromas unfurl in a rich, complex palate with hints of malt (roasted hazelnut). The raw hops give the beer a complex, distinctive aroma.

The first taste is of mild fullness with an accompanying coffee tone, which becomes more dominant with the aftertaste. There is very little of the sweetness that is frequently to be tasted with doppelbock beer.” The Ayinger Celebrator has been ranked among the best beers of the world by the Chicago Testing Institute several times and has won numerous medals.

This dry cider isn’t your typical “farm cider” – we used a select Belgian yeast to make this new year-round cider refreshingly dry with a surprising clean and soft finish. We have been pouring this cider exclusively at our Cider Barn since Fall 2021 and have received such great reviews, go give it a try!

4.8%. Boston, MA. We’ve enjoyed the wild blueberries of Maine for as long as we remember. Be it blueberry pies, muffins, pancakes, or by the handful straight from the carton, there’s something special about the satisfying sweetness of Vacationland’s state fruit. This hazy blueberry wheat ale was first brewed exclusively for Maine as our ode to those wild blueberries—but one thing led to another and this limited release found itself in our 2020 Spring Mix pack, and then available everywhere as a year-round offering.

5% Brazil/Japan One of the highlights of Japanese cuisine is the tea. And one of the most delicate and flavorful teas is made using the Jasmine petals, called Matsurika in Japan. We added these petals to the recipe of a Pilsen, a soft and delicate beer, bringing Jasmine notes to the aroma and palate.

9%. Greenfield, MA. A perfectly pungent, juicy, and authentic pre-prohibition style ginger beer. Made with organic ginger, lemon, lime, and pineapple juice.

13.5% Washington State. "Fairy dust minerality lifts from the glass, cloaked in wild strawberry, hibiscus, and oyster mushroom, as a lavish palate of rose petal, red cherry, orange zest, and potting soil set this elegant table. Fresh, expansive, and long – pure Pinot magic!"

14.2%. Washington State. Possesses a smooth, elegant mouthfeel and richness with aromas and flavors of black cherry, cranberry, spice, and cocoa. The balanced structure supports a long finish of dark fruit accented by notes of cedar and toast. This wine's elegant balance pairs well with poultry and pork dishes.

14.5% Mendoza, Argentina. Clos de los Siete 2018 has a beautiful deep red colour with glints of ruby. The nose is characterized by intense, complex aromatic expression with scents of dark fruit, blackberries and blueberries, and floral notes accompanied by delicate hints of spice. The palate is generous, silky and full-bodied. The blend presents a remarkable balance between well-rounded tannins, intense fruit, and good concentration. This wine has a characteristic freshness and beautiful length on the palate. Seductive, elegant and complex, it has great potential to improve with age

14% Mendoza, Argentina. Deep hues of ruby red gain intensity from shades of shimmering violet in this Malbec with good structure, medium acidity and a long finish. Rich with fruit, the nose is reminiscent of plums and blackberries.

13.5%. Castelnuovo Berardenga, Italy. The color is bright ruby, the nose unveils layers of iris, violet, tobacco, black pepper and marasca cherry. The taste is well balanced, tightly knit with supple tannins, mineral notes, a mouth cleansing fresh acidity. Warm and persistent.

14.5% California. This wine showcases Cabernet Sauvignon’s versatility, highlighting both fantastic winegrowing regions. A bright, fruit forward wine with supple tannins makes this a crowd pleaser. Petite Sirah contributes beautiful color and spice, while splashes of Petit Verdot and Malbec round out the mouthwatering finish

12.5% Loire Valley, France. Lovely intense, pale gold color. On the nose, there is an explosion of very ripe, yellow and exotic fruit aromas. Clean and refreshing on the palate with notes of melon and a mineral frame.

12.5% Marlborough NZ. Pale lemon in color. The nose is generous with ripe tropical and citrus notes, alongside flowering herbs and blackcurrant leaf. The palate is layered with green tropical fruits and balanced with a refreshing crips mineral finish.

13% Portugal. Nortico is a light and delicate wine, perfect for sipping on the porch to drink on its own. It also pairs exceptionally well with seafood, including grilled octopus, fried calamari. Its citrus notes make it a great match for ceviche. Additionally, it complements creamy and tangy cheeses beautifully.

12.5% Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy. Pale straw color. On the nose, persistent and aromatic, offering floral notes and nuances of fresh peach and golden apple. Elegantly structured and well balanced on the palate, with a crisp, refreshing character and a long finish. A delicious accompaniment to fresh fruits, salads, appetizers and seafood.

13.9% Monterrey, CA. A fresh, youthful, and textured Chardonnay with flavors of white peach, flowers, citrus, baking spices, and honey.

12%. Penedas, Spain. 40% Xarel·lo, 40% Macabeu, 20% Parellada. A sophisticated Cava that expresses the varietal characteristics of the indigenous varieties from Penedèsq. The grapes for Kila Cava are sourced from three of the winery's estates. The Macabeo grapes come from the Can Simon estate, Xarel.lo grapes come from the Can Prats estate in Sant Llorenc d'Hortons, and Parellada grapes from the Can Castany in Gelida.

11.5% Catalunya, Spain. Mas Fi Brut Cava is an elegant and balanced sparkling wine. Undergoing second fermentation in the bottle, just like Champagne, it is aged for 10 months providing its fine bubbles and complex and structured palate. From Pain D'Avignon: We should not forget that making a croissant by hand requires special skill and patience, and this is the way we choose to make our croissants. They are made by layering dough with French butter and folding it numerous times until it is ready to be pressed into thin sheets. The sheets are cut by hand and formed into a perfect crescent shaped, puff pastry which melts in your mouth.

A family recipe. Made with almonds, orange juice, molasses, cloves, and other spices. Plain or with dried cranberry.
