16oz / 4.5% abv Hefeweizen Our interpretation of a German classic, with malted wheat and malted barley. It is an opaque, fluffy, and gently sweet wheat ale, with a defining yeast character of banana sweetness and clove spice that makes it distinctly German.

16oz / 6.19% abv Malt liquor is a favorite of our production staff. Specifically the brand that has a hornet on it. So our Head Brewer Miguel AKA Mikey concocted the finest of malt liquors. A little honey sweet and a hefty amount of alcohol. This malt liquor goes great with orange juice.

16oz / 5.5% abv Dry-hopped Pale Ale 1500 is our flagship Pale Ale. Dry-hopped to bring out classic pine/citrus hop aromas, but not as heavily bittered as a standard IPA. A great pairing beer for many types of foods. An effervescent and easy drinking American Pale Ale.

16oz/6.5% Abv Collaboration with local bay area rapper, Afterthought. Light bodied pale ale, modern hops bring about flavors/aromas tropical fruit and citrus.

16oz / 5.9% abv Drake's Amber is a revised recipe of our old bottled classic. We've made subtle changes to the malt bill, and are now using an English Ale yeast to ferment. Expect flavors or toffee, caramel, and nutty undertones. A gentle sweetness from the yeast rounds out the experience.

12oz / 3.8% abv Our Berlinerweisse undergoes a kettle souring process, where we have our batch sit in the boil kettle for 48 hours with a souring bacteria. This allows for a short lactic fermentation that develops moderate acidity and sourness. Low ABV is typical to the style, so this is a sour beer for any occasion, and any time of day. Brightly effervescent, with a lemonly sourness, and a dry finish.

8oz / 14.4%abv The barrels contribute a honeycomb and plum-like sweetness, nuttiness, minerality, and wood tannins. These flavors blend with a Quad with heavy dark fruit, and burnt caramel flavor. Notes of coffee and tobacco poke through the big body and gentle warmth. The barrels are from our friends over at Wright and Brown distillery in Oakland.

Unfiltered & Double-Decocted Decoction mashing is all the rage in the craft beer scene, but what is decoction? A decoction mash is a step-mash that is performed by removing a portion of the mash, boiling it and returning it to the main mash. Czech brewers have been utilizing this trick for centuries turning not-so-good malt into delicious crisp beer. We tried our hand it and we think it's a beuatiful rustic, light-bodied pilsner perfect for warm weather.

Our homage to San Leandro is a American Sour Red with Bing cherries from Stockton. Intensely tart, with with tons of cherry character, hints of almond, Brett, dark fruit, and wheat malt flavor. While there are no more cherry orchards in our home city, this beer is a pretty good reason to visit, or at least a decent excuse.

14.6% abv Each year we take our favorite barrels of this barrel-aged barleywine, and blend them together to create one of our most revered and award winning brews: Santa's Brass. Aged in Heaven Hill whisky barrels, this beer offers notes of vanilla, caramel, and spice fading to dark fruit, and coffee-like malty notes. Definitely a sipper for those cold winter nights next to a chestnut fire, or however that song goes.

A fan favorite, Jolly Rodger has been resurrected to pillage and plunder once more! This huge, malty, Imperial Barrel Aged Porter features St George whiskey barrels and a special Ethiopia Chelbessa coffee from our friends at La Máquina coffee roasters in Oakland. Despite its 15.1% this sea monster drinks relatively reserved, with smoky roasted malts and coffee fruit aromatics up front fading to coffee and honey and a hint of heat on the tongue.
