Our buttermilk marinated chicken kebab is one of our signature dishes here at Barcha! Chicken thigh is cooked over our specialty charcoal grill, served atop a bed of mujadara rice (lentils, brown basmati, caramelized onions) and topped with a flavorful mix of seasonal peppers and caramelized onions, garlic yogurt sauce and cilantro. Barcha's Rack of Lamb is legendary for good reason! Three chops (11 oz) of Halal Australian Lamb is spit roasted on our rotisserie, served with eggplant orzo (small rice-sized pasta), crispy broccolini fried with lemon & aleppo pepper.

4 pieces of "cigars" ( Tunisian Briwat) are filled with braised lamb, gruyere, cremini, alliums- wrapped with crispy feuille de bric dough, seasoned with berbere, cinnamon, and dipped in ground pistachio (the "ash"). Playful and unique mezze!

Traditional chickpea hummus, smooth & silky, seasoned with tahini, lemon, garlic, salt, topped with olive oil, whole chickpeas. Made from scratch daily! Served with our tasty bazlama bread (bread contains dairy and gluten)

Made from scratch daily, we combine chickpea, green lentils, alliums, cumin, garlic, green onions, parsley and cilantro and form them into the familiar rounds- and fry them to perfection! Served with a tangy red pepper and caper accent and a garlic yogurt. No flour or gluten is used in the binding, but there is risk of cross-contamination of gluten in our fryer.
