Family sized version of our classic favourite sweet. Ready to heat in your oven. Includes cream for pouring over when serving.

Prep Time: 2 days (if placed before 8:00pm) Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 450f. Brush top and sides of welly lightly but evenly with egg yolk. Bake 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 350f. For single serving orders, bake 5-15 more minutes according to how you prefer your doneness. For multiple serving orders, bake a further 10 minutes and check temperature. Our eponymous pie stuffed with bacon, potatoes, boiled egg, brandy, thyme, cream, a little mustard & cayenne, topped with 6 filleted sardines with their cute little heads poking through the crust! Stargazy pie was created centuries ago in Mousehole, Cornwall in celebration of local fisherman Tom Bawcock saving the village during a legendary storm. It is named for the way the wee fishy heads poke through the crust, as though gazing upward.
