Russian Imperial Stout- New and improved for our 8th anniversary. A deep and layered grist bill provides a smooth, rich, velvet, creamy roast chocolate foundation. An extended boil in the kettle really lets the dark and caramel malts do their thing by allowing more time for caramelization and flavor extraction. Expect expressive currents of milk chocolate, dark roast coffee, light fig, and creamy sweetness. Cheers to 8 years 11.8% ABV

Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout Of course we needed to barrel age some of this year’s base stout. Since we were already in cahoots with Bully Boy Distillers in Dorchester for this year’s Stone’s Throw collaboration, why not add another layer to the collab and age some of the anniversary RIS in Bully Boy rum barrels. The beer spent about 3 months on these oak rum casks. Anticipate approachable round, warming notes of delicate oak and sweet campfire char with a faint, spicey sweetness. 11.8

Russian Imperial Stout We worked with our friends at Lost Shoe Brewing and Roasting Company in Marlborough to create this heartwarming variant for the early risers. Freshly ground Ethiopian and Columbian single origin coffee beans were cold steeped in order to produce a cold brew concentrate which was then blended in with the finished beer. Expect delicate but expressive notes of dark fruit, pomegranate, and chocolate roast. 11.8% ABV

Russian Imperial Stout Adam spent the entirety of a Monday morning buying every available bag of marshmallows on Route 1 between Dedham and Foxboro and then wagoned them in to the brewery where he then roasted and melted them down into a condensed, liquified syrup which was recirculated into the base stout. Add in an ample dose of Madagascar vanilla beans and here we have maybe one of the most flavorful editions of RIS we’ve ever brewed. Stay Puft. 11.8% ABV

Russian Imperial Stout Freshly toasted coconut and Madagascar vanilla bean deliver a flavor combination to the base anniversary stout like no other and pairs perfectly to allow this heavy and complex beer to strut a bit of tropical flair. Smooth and creamy with a sunny touch of Caribbean sweetness. 11.8%ABV

Hazy DIPA: Emanating from the tanks with a juicy burst of tropical hops, Hi-Def hits with huge flavors of fresh melon, papaya, and tangerine. A touch of honey malt and heaping doses of Citra, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 keep this year-round crusher beautifully balanced for a seriously smooth sip. (8.4% ABV)

Big and round and pillowy with a semi-sweet finish. Triple XL-sized doses of Citra, Galaxy, and Simcoe Cryo shed layers of sweet orange citrus, grapefruit, peach, and passionfruit with a balanced candy finish. 10% ABV

New Age IPA: Our flagship India Pale Ale is smooth but punchy; balanced yet intense. (6.5% ABV)

Espresso tini Stout Winter 2024 collaboration beer w/ our Southie friends over at Loco Taqueria. We never met an espresso martini we didn't like so start the party with this creamy stout that combines rich dark chocolate and soft, freshy-roasted espresso bean flavors. 7.2%ABV

West Coast Pilsner Collaboration brew with Liars Bench Beer Company (Portsmouth, NH). This beer shines bright with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops. Expect heady notes of passionfruit, lime citrus, and pine on top of a clean and crisp malt background (5.5% ABV)

English Brown Porter Snuggle up to this English brown porter brewed in collaboration with Southie Cookie (South Boston, MA). Single origin cacao nibs provide an additional layer of chocolate sweetness amongst notes of toffee and caramel. 5.8% ABV

White Ale: Brewed with Valencia orange and coriander, this bright, beautiful award-winning American White Ale will send your thoughts straight to the orange grove. (5.4% ABV)

Soft yet crisp. Sticky though juicy. Notes of grapefruit, citrus, and pine. West-coast inspired, Castle Island engineered. (6.4% ABV)

Red Blend California Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot come together in this bold red blend. Full bodied with medium tannins, expect lively notes of ripe blueberries, sweet blackberry jam, and fresh cracked pepper. 13.5%ABV

White Blend Russian River Valley, including 45% Chardonnay, 45% Sauvignon Blanc, and 10% Viognier. This dry white wine is balanced and crisp with pronounced aromas of green apple and bright citrus. (12.5% ABV)
