This Colombian coffee was decaffeinated using the Sugarcane Process to remove 97% of the caffeine from coffee beans to create cane sugar and cherry-tasting notes.

This coffee comes from one of Genuine Origin’s farms in Honduras. Using a honey process, a hybrid of washed and natural processing allows for a unique profile of hazelnut, vanilla, bourbon, and pear-tasting notes.

Using 50% Washed Guatemalan, and 50% Washed Ethiopian, these two coffees combine into complex flavor sequences of Chocolate, Almond, Floral, and Stonefruit notes.
