A **corn** mayo made with freeze-dried organic corn, **battered** mushrooms grown for us at Rhode Island Mushroom Company, pickle coins, lettuce, and **chile oil** made with peppers grown by our friends at Kitchen Garden Farm in Sunderland, MA. plus two side salads that change every day.
The mushrooms get nice and spicy, maybe not quite as spicy as the hot chicken at Prince’s in Nashville, but the Sriracha is right over there if you want to elevate the experience.
